November Newsletter from ADHDtime

Dear Reader,

I hope November is treating you gently and giving you a moment to breathe before the end-of-year rush. As we enter a season of reflection, I feel deeply grateful for this community. Thank you for being here as readers, ADHD friends, colleagues, and supporters of my work. Your presence, your curiosity, and your encouragement have meant so much to me this year, and I am truly thankful for your support.

I hope you can find small moments of gratitude in your own life this month. Moments of calm, connection, and clarity are not always easy to notice when life feels busy, yet they matter so much. With that spirit in mind, I have a few updates, resources, and invitations to share with you, all created with appreciation for the journey we are on together.

I write about the mix of joy, self doubt, and behind the scenes effort that often shows up when someone says something kind. If you relate to the duck gliding on the surface while paddling furiously underwater, I think you’ll enjoy this one.
