πŸŽ‡Closing 2025 with Gratitude and New Blog 🍾

Dear Reader,

As 2025 comes to a close, I want to pause and say thank you. Thank you for being here, for reading, listening, reflecting, showing up, and staying curious alongside me. This year has been full in many ways, and I am deeply grateful to share this work and this community with you.

As we move toward a new year, I wish you a calm, meaningful, and gentle start to 2026. Not a rushed reset, but a steady continuation of what already supports you. If the new year brings clarity, I hope you can hold onto it. If it brings uncertainty, I hope you can meet it with compassion.

If you have not yet had a chance to read my most recent blog post, I invite you to do so. It is a reflection on ending the year without starting over. Instead of throwing everything away and beginning from scratch, I write about building forward by recognizing what worked, what we protected ourselves from, and how saying no can sometimes be just as meaningful as saying yes. It is an invitation to look at growth through a wider and more realistic lens.

Alongside the things I intentionally said no to this year, there were also many moments of connection and joy. One of the highlights of 2025 was the ADHDtime Book Club. We read 13 books across 3,233 pages, but more importantly, we created a low pressure space where conversation mattered more than completion. Whether you read every chapter, joined one discussion, or followed quietly, your presence shaped this community. We have our next Book Club meeting coming up in about two weeks, and I would love to see you there.

As we look ahead to 2026, my hope is to continue offering spaces to think, learn, and connect around ADHD across the lifespan. And if you are looking for more personalized support, I continue to offer one on one ADHD coaching. You are very welcome to schedule a free consultation to explore whether working together would be a good fit.

Thank you for being part of this year. I truly appreciate walking this path with you.
